The national language plays a critical part in the economies of most European countries. Many aspects of an economy gravitate around what is normally a unique language in that economy, and often the language itself even forms the basis of certain sectors in the economy. This is sadly not the case in Ireland.
Dúrud believes that not enough has been done within the language movement itself to try to emulate aspects of other European economies. Dúrud intends to change this, by connecting the language more to the wider economy.
Dúrud believes in cooperation with companies and organisations in order to further these goals.
