Recent years have seen a hge growth in the use of self-service kiosks that work on their own. We are all familiar with ATMs, or parking machines; there is no human interaction in these cases.
Dúrud makes it possible for companies to serve their Irish speaking customers by providing an effective translation for these machines. We work with the manufacturers of these devices in order to understand precisely what they are supposed to do, and in order to understand the technical constraints associated with the translation. A clear interface is the result, one that satisfies all customers.
